I've been a homeowner for 30 years and I have owned 4 houses and now under Ameriquest I am in foreclosure. Ameriquest manipulated me by telling me not to make payments while they were refinancing through their own company and then denied being affiliated with the company even though they carried the name of Ameriquesst. The guy said don't make the payment because we are closing. They set up a date to close for the refinancing, they contacted someone to come to my house to close the deal then never answered the phone. The lady called and asked me if they talked to me because she was expecting to come to my home to close the deal but they never called her.
When I tried to make payment they said they would not except anything but three months payment because I was behind. The individual that set up the refinance was unreachable for three weeks then sent a letter and said our credit would not allow refinancing because we were behind in our payment.
Now I'm out of a home.
