My wife refinanced our home with ameriquest december. To date we have not received any statements from ameriquest. We have repeatedly notified ameriquest of this we have confiemed the mailing address but no statements ever get to us. We make our payments to the address on our loan documents but ameriquest says not the correct payment address but refuse to give us the correct one.By phone they say they will send via us mail. We are trying to get out of ameriquest but having a difficult time as ameriquest is reporting our payments to be 6 months past due. Shop around before signing anything with ameriquest. This has been a nightmare that i would not want anyone else to have to go thru
