My loan was sold to ocwenin june. The house burned 2 wk. Before they took control. They received a check in august of 20 01 for almost 32000.00 they kept putting me off about applyingthis toward the principal of the loan until i had to pay an xtra 2000.00. I sent them repeated faxes telling them i was not going to rebuild! They kept messing around taking fees out till i finally told one of the hundred of people i had talked to i was getting a lawyer.
