I was a customer of ocwen federal bank; they held my mortgage. I was forced into forebearance then foreclosure. After paying large payments to catch up; i found they only applied upwards of $50,000 to fees and penalties. I have had a lawyer look over my payoff recently only to be told they are thieves. I saw that there are class action suits against them, and having been forced to sell my home, decided to see if they can be punished and some or all of the "stolen" money received.
