I am one of the first consumer complaining about this Lender in 2002 and would like to know the update of the class action lawsuit Hanson vs. Ocwen Federal Bank.
I have not been keeping up with the outcome and like to know what happen to that lawsuit. I had a home that was stolen from me and the loan has been flipped three times since the illegal foreclosure took place. The man Ocwen Federal Bank kept taking money on the loan from he sold the house right under their nose and left me with the balance of the loan that Ocwen Federal Bank allowed to take place that was RICO illegal acts.
I want to purse a suit on my own if this ball has been drop due to I lost $89,500.00 about this scam.
