False credit reporting ripoff

I have a loan which was transferred to Homecomings 5-26-04. Homecomings reported to the credit bureaus for only 3 months.

In month one, they reported me as 8 months past due.in month two, they reported me as 90 days past due and in month 3 they reported me 60 days past due - IMPOSSIBLE.

They continued to report me as late - even after the loan was paid off.

I want to file a class action lawsuit against them as they refuse to correctly report to the credit bureaus.
