I got a loan in 2005 with Ameriquest and its been hell every since I bought my home for $110,000.00 in 2000. I did a loan and i was lied to about my interest rate, closing cost they said they would pay off my debts which they did pay some but left balances once I found out they weren't paid I was already 30 days late.
I forced to go bankrupt with bad credit. They inflated my appraisal by $30,000.00 said i was a owner of a company, not true i have been a w2 for 9 years.
They said they would pay my taxes and ins that didnt happen (escrow acct).
My right to resin loan forms were blank. 2 days after I closed they came to my home and had my husband sign he was never on my property title ever.in Michigan there is no dowers interest for your husband.
I filed a report thru Michigan OFIS at that time Ameriquest said they would modify my loan to 30 year fixed 5%.
The next thing I know I have a realtor knocking on the door wanting to know when im moving because there was a sheriff sale on my property.
Closing cost $12,000.00
I never recieved a package til 5 months after I closed.
I could keep going but im running out of room. If any one could please help me save my home I sure would love it.
