Ripoff unreasonable service charges and a web address that is not found Orlando florida

Our home was refinanced through Fidelity Mortgage. The loan must have been sold immediately to Ocwen, because we received a letter from them before the first payment was due advising us to send our payment to them. From the beginning it would take over three weeks to get a payment posted.

I called their customer service number to find out if payments could be make online and was shocked when I was told there was a service charge to do so. I explained to the customer service representative that my previous mortgage company had not charged for that service.

The customer service representative made me feel as if he were calling me a liar. He said all financial institutions charged for that service.

Several times I have had to use the service and pay the $10.00 service charge, but felt alright about doing it so to keep our credit standing.

Recently I had the need to use it again. I typed in the website shown on my statement and the response was 'server error site not found'.

I called customer service to find out if there was another site or if the site name had changed. After spending twenty minutes on hold I was advised by a customer service representative that she would report it. I was not given any alternatives. There was no apology made to me because of the inconvenience.

This company is deceitful. They fail to show respect toward their customers. They are truly criminals.
