I found out 2 weeks ago that Ocwen bought my house mortgage from CIT Group. I haven't received any information from them. No billing statement, etc. I've e-mailed them but haven't had any response.
When I called their customer service #, it requires you to enter either your account # or your SS#. Well, since I haven't heard from them yet, I don't have an account number. And when I enter our SS#'s the automated systems says "invalid number, please try again". I went round and round with this stupid automated system and have not been able to get to a representative.
Very frustrated.
My payment was due yesterday. But I have no address to send my payment to and no account number. How am I supossed to pay my mortgage?
I've been reading everyone's stories and I'm very upset & worried. I've only known about this company for 2 weeks and already I'm having problems.
Any suggestions?
