Ank of america sold my mortgage to ocwen. The nightmare begins. I had to file bankruptcy because my husband became ill and could not work of 3 years. I got behind on my mortgage and b of a sold it. Ocwen filed to dimiss the stay on my house for a. 11 cent errormy attoney made in the docs filed. A simple typo cost me a day
off from work without pay.
I am the sole source of income. Their attoney fees of 1000.00 added to my mortgage and countless gray hairs and sleepless nights about losing my home. That was a year ago. Now it has started again. They hold my checks from 10 to 21 days and then charge me late fees and past
due crap.
I send all my checks certified so i know when they get them andwhen they clear my account. Now they are trying to stop the stay again by saying i didn't pay but they have had my checks for 2 months and not cashed them.
I wish the feds would get involved and make that "bank" give us all our money back and pay off our mortgages.
How can we get the federal banking people involved?
