Outlandish ripoff late fees slow prossessing swindlers

I am currently in forecolsure. My wife and I have tried unsuccesfully since 4/02 to refinance, or to get a reverse mortgage.

We started this over 1 year, We could never reach Ocwen Codllis by phone, fax. Nor the 1st Mortgage Co.
Finally the 2nd Mortgage Co. Request a pay off letter in 1/03 which was faxed on 3/27/03.

Guess What??? Legal fees, Interest, Late Payments, and everything else Total $210,000. Application DENIED!!! My mortgage only $153,000.

I truly belive if this was handled in a timely matter,
the Mortgages would have been processed. We are seniors and have lived in our community for 38 years. Also our morgage with Ocwen was sold by this other GREAT Co. DELTA!!!

I know that Ocwen wants my property, but we will fight them until the end!!!
