We filed Bankruptcy, Chapter 13 on Vanderbilt Mortgage, in which the law states that any further harassment is to stop. They have continued to harass us with phone calls, threatened suits (even though discharged) for double the amount that was actually owed. We have had to have our attorney to write letters to tell them to cease. They continue to harass us with threats of suing us for a discharged debt. We are filing with the appropriate agencies and will once again send a letter to tell them it is against the law to continue to threaten us. We are going to sue them.
