UCB employees (Lisa Gallo-Scott Logan and customers service reps) are not providing adequate responses for the payments made on account to the creditor, do not provide evidence of their solutions, do not forward correspondence of the account, use abusive language, insult debtors and threaten with lawsuit and judgements, express that their activity is as legal representatives of the creditor and UCB is ready to sue. Plus, one employee of UCB said that other debt collectiosn agencies are opened in 15 minutes or so and should not be taken into account. I have poaid the creditor to-date $3100 and UCB treats that as finance charges on $7000 starting balance in 2005.
Such tactics without considerations, with lack of presentable evidence, without accountability fall into harrassment and must be stopped by the Federal regulations. It is needed to have the federal law imposed on such miserable companies. These guys are not welcome in my life, but probably in front of a District Attorney or Civil Judge.
