Total Due stated as $16,495.62. Willing to accept 50% settlement in the form of 6 payments over 6 months of $1,374.64 - stating various conditions which must be met for account to be "settled in full", including transaction fees for American Express payments of $7.00 per $150.00 paid, and $5.00 per $150.00 paid for all other credit cards.
I have never had any dealings with Genesis Financial Solutions - and would certainly know about a debt of over $16,000, as I am a retired accountant.
