Rude employees in customer service

I hate this company. I wish my mortage had never been bought. I called to get some information and got the rudest lady on the phone. She had an attitude from He*. They charged me a late fee, I have never been late ever. Miss Rudness said I need to check with the other lender. I have never been late with them either. I have cancelled checks to prove my payments posted and cleared my bank within a few days of being sent. My credit reports do not show me as ever being late. If I knew the name of a supervisor in charge of the customer service people, I would lodge a complaint directly.

Needless to say Miss Rudness would not tell me the name of anyone. She had a smart a$ed remark for every question I asked. She also said she had EXPLAINED this to me several times in the past. HUH? I have never called MM at all, so not sure where she gets that from. I hate this company. Getting ready to refi or will sell outright to get out from under these lame brained people. How do the get away with holding payments, trying to foreclose illegally etc?
