This company post mortgage payments late and then reports the consumer to the credit bureau as being a late pay. Customer service employees are rude and unwilling to assist the consumer.
There is never any available management to speak with.
You can never speak to the same person twice.
Their answer to every problem is to submit more paper work.
I have submited documentation on two seperate occassions supporting my claim and requesting a review and clearing of my bureau file. Each time I contact these people they request the same paperwork be sent to them again.
My mortage hase been owned by three other companies and I never had a problem until Midland took over, now it's always something. Each month I have to call to verify my payment. It takes them at least three weeks to post a payment
