In May of someone took my debit card number and companies I had never heard of were sending me merchandise so I promptly notified bank of America for another card. They assured me my account would be credited. I just recieved a letter today in the mail that stated THESE COMPANIES were in the right and they are PUTTING THE FEES BACK ON MY ACCOUNT I am absolutely livid! I am 46 yrs old my house is paid for I think its disgusting that a thief can take your hard earned money and we have no RIGHTS! HOW DARE YOU Bank of America tell us rightful owners of our accounts that we have to cover a thieves expenses! YOU PEOPLE ADVERTISE consumer protection WHERE IS IT!
