Bank of America should have to account for the excessive fees they charge when accounts are overdrawn. It's a disgrace to charge 35.00 for a 4.31 debit card purchase. I would prefer my debit card become inactive when my balance is low. But why should they do that when they can rake you over the coals and tell you it's your fault. I check my balance on-line and there is enough money next time I check I've inccurred fees. Something should be done.in this day and age when most people are living paycheck to paycheck it's possible that some people will not eat, go to a doctor, or be able to put gas in their car. How terrible is that for the working people of this country!
Us working people are what keeps this country going, but all you get is more companies putting their hands in your pockets and you have no recourse. I really hope that something can be done about this and i hope they have to pay! Lynda, nj
