I was a victim of identity thieft by my ex-husband. He used my s.S. Number to obtain a credit card. He charged and never paid 1998 this was done. Now, they are after me. I have paid them and have given all information i have to the sheriff. But, they still have not released my checking account. I have paid them in full. Why not release my checking account? I have over 3 times the amount to satisfy the amount charged to the card in my account. Amount owed was 1000.00. I am a single parent of 2 special needs sons. Please if you help thanks
