These people call and harras me about an account we co-signed for my son and threaten to sue me asked me for a down pymt of $477.00 to keep from sueing and asked me for 6 post dated checks that apparently got lost and have not been posted. I did pay this.
They call me and never show that they have spoken to me and nothing shows notated on acct. I keep getting calls on my cell and at work and I cannot get these people to give me a straight answer. They do not know what happen to my checks and now they send me to another collection agency called SRA Associates I never heard of and now they want a full balance of over $9000.00.
I am tired of being harrassed by these company's. Shane is the collection guy at ext 1796 at 877-223-0957 and Shawn Kennedy is the supervisor that excepted my agreement of payment. I am about to give up. The tracking # is 1Z7914840156243151 on 4-5-06. With UPS. I need to know what is my next step. Not pay at all!
