I was in debt on several credit cards summing near $50,000. Money Cares contacted me, told me they would get me a debt settlement with a huge discount, and then I would pay them $800 per month. Well, they began to withdraw $800 from my account monthly, but after waiting 6 months, they still had not made any debt settlement. I was contacted directly from my CC companies and settled with each company in just a few days.
MONEY CARES HAS NOW STOLEN OVER $4,000 FROM ME. They have not made a single payment towards my credit cards, but they have withdrawn $800.00 from my account for over 6 months now. I even went to my bank to put a stop on their withdrawals, and they withdrew again this month.
I have tried to contact them to get my money back, but now it looks like I have to get a lawyer and sue them.
Money cares is a scam. Don't hire them for debt settlement. They will just steal your money. Just call the credit card companies yourself. I got 40% off my bills myself in just a couple days after i waited over 6 months for money cares. They did nothing but steal $4k from me.
