I had called in and arranged payments to be made to catch up on the mortgage. And the representative I spoke with told me I could post date 2 checks for may 10th and may 24th cause she couldn't put it in her system that way. As of may 18th both checks were cashed and overdrawn my account, which was not part of the agreement. I called as soon as I received notification that my account was in the negative balance. And the representative I spoke with I explained what happend, she tell me that they don't take post dated checks and its nothing can be done about what happend, I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and she put me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back on and say the supervisor will contact you in 24 to 48 hrs. I needed immediate assistance.
