One of my twin sons died and the both owned a mobile hm.in GA. Thru cmh homes, inc box 9790, maryvile, tn. 37802, financed thru Vanderbilt Mortgage. My son ask me to help with getting his bills corrected. We were informed my letter that the mobile home was insured and the $19,666.49 was sent to Vanderbilt on the 17tyh of May. As I started asking for a payoff I started getting the run-a-round from David Byrd in collections, he kept giving me the full amount.
After faxing him the letter fron the insurance company, he said he couldn't read that fax, so I sent another. This is after I called the next day for his answers. No one would return my calls. I ask for his supervisor's #, he said "Why is Mommie calling? Put Brent on the phone" I replied he was not home and David called me a lier, I told him he heard my husband, his reply, "well MOMMIE have Brent call instead of his Mommie".
At this point I hung up, disgusted, angry, very upset. I called back for the supervisor over the his super Bonnie Ochal (Opal?) put me on hold and someone came back on line another David Hicks and said "Mommie, just a moment" someone calling herself Linda Webber got on the phone and was just as disrespectable, when I explained my complaint about D. Byrd, and ask if anything was going to be done or was he just going to get a "smack on the hand" (other wise, nothing) or talked to, she then informed me she was not going to hit him in the head as I had just said to her, I then questioned her being the supervisor or just someone in the office because I could heard David in the background, and she said yes to both, and informed me that after this no one was going to talk to me again.
I informed her they have no people skills and are some of the most rude people I've very dealt with and hope I never have to hear their voice again. I also requested a copy of our "recorder conversation" she said she didn't give those to customers.
