Ripoff Fraudulent report on my credit report, have no knowledge of the ATT account and never received any statements from ATT

I just recently check my credit report and found out that there was an ATT collection for $50.93. I have no knowledge of this account, never opened an account with ATT. I never received any statements from ATT. I would want Calvary to provide with some proof of statements.
