Is a ripoff! Don't Send them money! THANK YOU for the heads up on reporting these jerks

I received an"acceptance certificate" in the mail, it said that I had a "guaranteed " approval credit line of $15,000 with 0% interest for 12 months. I became interested because I am rebuilding my credit after a bad and expensive divorce. All I needed to do was send in a $37.00 processing fee. What alerted me was there was no 800 number to call and also it said "your request cannot be processed without your fee. "I check out the name on the internet search and was brought to this website. THANK YOU for the heads up on reporting these jerks. Seems to me they could be brought up on charges for credit card fraud as well as mail fraud. DanCoumbus, Oklahoma
