Ripoff offers a fraudulent credit card with a line of 15,000 ripoff artists fraud

I was mailed a pre approval letter from a conpany claiming to be first national credit. The letter said that I have been approved for a credit card with a line of $15,000.00 with no credit check and a 12 months interest free. It stated that I would only have to send in the processing fee of 37.00 or 43.00. Also that this money was refundable onceI recieved information about the credit card and wasnt satisfied. This was over two months ago and I havent recieved anything.
