Bank of America will systematically and consistently time your debit charges to hit after you bounce a check or exceed your available funds in order to get more fees from you.
For example: you make three debit card purchases during the day and they all go through and clear the account in real time. Then a check hits that night, four or five hours AFTER you've made these purchases.instead of bouncing the check and charging you a $34 fee. They "bounce" the debit transactions first, take their fees and then bounce the check, too. Their fees cause everything to bounce and they just made $136!!
I want revenge, anybody have success against these guys please let me know.
