Capital financial told me all I had to do is give deposit of $200 and they will send me a credit card of $2000 credit limit. And than they said I will recieve 4 coupons in the mail that I could use as payments from (the $200 that was withdrawn from my account) for any purchases that were made in the future. They mentioned that all I had to do to make my credit ratings go up was to make a small purchases and keep the card active and all transaction would be recorded to the credit office. This fraudulent company never mentioned anything about a brochure with items to purchase and an amount that I would have to pay if I didnt utilize the coupons or make purchases from their magazine.
