National City Bank
Lost Original note, Certificate of Origin to modular home, made us jump through 6 weeks of their hoops (dozens os phone calls trips to BMV) and every person we talk to at Natinal City tells us something different ripoff

Starting about 8 weeks ago, we asked National city for a copy of our Title so we pay off note and move our home. Was informed that our note could not be located nor our certifcate of origin. Was told when $8000 was paid with guaranteed funds we could go to BMV for a new title. NO, because NC took our C. Of O. And lost it, now we have to have a sheriff's inspection and a court order to get a new title.

After 8 weeks of calling every number I could find for NC, always getting the brush off or told I would have to contact a different Dept. We talked to a judge in our county. He told us to contact a lawyer and we did. The next day within 10 minutes of telling "Eileen" in Corpoate Title office in Cleveland that she said they would pay for a court order and a title when they knew 6 weeks ago thats what it would take.

This is the third time in 6 years that NC has lost major paperwork on us and then made us do their legwork. I'm angry and thinking about suing for bank mal-practice!
