Something wierd is going on... Who is 1st National?

My partner and that I submitted Chapter 7, including our home. We're fed up with coping with Ocwen, and also the economy has dumped his salaries. Therefore, we thought with the problems they've provided us, it'll do them great to possess our home lay on this deleted property industry in Kansas, and gradually weaken. Your attorney informed us several interesting details. Usually the one being, if your Sheriff turns up at your doorway, and does not have evidence the home continues to be moved to their title, you've the right to inform him to depart. When the home hasn't been moved to their title from the period the purchase pops up, they cannot market it. Somethings no body actually shows us.

Anyway, we got the movement for respite from stay documents a couple weeks back, thru our attorney. After I examine them, I observed the title Was Initially National Bank Organization. I've never heard about them, or observed their title everywhere on any paperwork related to our home. I thought these were area of the conglomeration. Thank God we've amazing lawyers and an incredible bankruptcy court judge. She set a hang on the movement, and offered them 21 times to show they've the best to consider our home. I simply got another document in the bankruptcy judge today, that claims they never so long as evidence, therefore our foreclosure is terminated.

I really donot understand whatis likely to occur today, but when you receive foreclosure documents, consider the title. Whether it's different things, obtain a lawyer concerned.
