I bought a home in 1996 at a fair market price...
Upon making payments, extra I might add at times. I was going thru a divorce in 2000. I begged and pleaded with my loan officer Richard to consolidate or reduce payments. His reply"Sorry your car is too old, I had two vehicles, boat, etc for collateral but told my car was too old, it was a chrysler Sebring, a 1996 at that present time and we can not help you!"
My astranged husband would not help me pay any of the two car payments nor the house. I was stuck with all the payments plus two small children, 6 months and seven years.
They, the bank foreclosed on the house and ruined my credit and still today I am finding discrepencies on my credit report, they have made numerous mistakes and added two accounts that were originally one, the house and too boot, they sold my home WHILE still in forclosure procedures!
I was told nothing I could do, hire a lawyer... I told them I have no money for that, I have to buy diapers, food, and find a place to live. I am still struggling with the bank even after seven years nearly! I am giving the rigem roll whenever I try to clear the mess they made of my credit report, they state when they merged to Union Planters they changed systems and it will be corrected within 30 days or so but just today I ran a credit report and there it is again... Duplicate accounts which one does not exist... Lol. I filed chapter 7 due to all the trauma so why the duplicates? They are simply idiots!!
