I, opened a countrywide loan 03/04 my complaint against countrywide are the same problems with other people who has countrywide, I never been late In making my payments with countrywide.in, 01/01 I made complaints to the BBB & my attorney general office & countrywide reported to my credit files accurately & removed the negative item information, when 01/01 came around countrywide began to report me late again I disputed this with the credit reporting agencies & I again made complaints to my state attorney general office & BBB. Countrywide, again removed me late 30 days for 01/01 but countrywide reported me late threw 02-11 I have doucmentation e-mails they have sent me & letters confirming I made my payments, & countrywide still kepted reporting me know they have reported me 120 days past due. If, I was 120 days past due countrywide would have foreclosed which they have not because I have my bankstatements, the e-mails confirming I have paid It & letters & my western union receipts where I paid It. I, am worried due to the fact countrywide Is reporting me 120 days past due they would foreclose on my house which I have doucmentation I, have made every reasonable attempt to settle this with countrywide with unsuccessful results, I have filed a complaint with HUD sense my loan Is FHA home & I am hoping to have more successful results sense cause I have had no luck In resolving this on my own with countrywide. I, am not alone In this with countrywide my credit was just fine before countrywide took over my home loan.
