This companies PREYS on unsuspecting NAIVE people who are willing to INVEST money on their so-called PROJECT-FUNDING. Some NAIVE people invest $100,000 to even $1,000, 000 US dollars. And you know what happens. They just pocket the money and buy themselves expensive properties. The funny thing is that those NAIVE people think that they are actually investing in REAL projects. These people from capital markets financial services ltd. (Don Sweatman, Kit Bradshaw) and FLC VENTURES AMERICA CORP. (Floro Lorenzo Cruz, Jr.) USE their investors money to make frequent trips to Europe and US to make it seem like they're doing LEGITIMATE business.
If they are REAL business people why don't you ask any transactions they actually CLOSED. And they will tell you that they have in the PAST, but cannot PROVIDE any proof. WHY you ask? Simple! Because they just use their INVESTORS MONEY to buy themselves EXPENSIVE CARS AND REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES to make themselves look LEGIT.
They used UNKNOWN business transaction vehicles SUCH as MEDIUM TERM NOTES (MTN's), BANK GUARANTEE (BG), TRADING, INVESTING in BOGUS projects such as PowerPlant, LUXURY CONDO's in California, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, etc.
THIS IS TO THE NAIVE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY INVESTED MONEY ON THIS PEOPLE. They claim that they lost the money or the money was stolen by their business partners or the money was non-refundable. ASK yourselves this question! How much did you INVEST in their BOGUS projects? How much are the REAL ESTATE properties do they own? Millions, I think so.
