Caris Ventures Ripoff dishonest fraudulent investing forged real estate documents conversion of property comingled invested real estate funds for private use

Michael BANG has in fact done the following:

Converted joint properties to his corporation by virtue of forgery

Stolen $1,000s from a real estate escrow account for personal use (unjust enrichment)

Lied about real estate profits by $1000s for his own gain

Removed officers of Caris Ventures by forgery and continued to charge for corporate taxes.
