Mr. Payne, sold us dreams of wealth through Real Estate and new investments, all we ended up with was broken dreams that never came through. Mr. Payne's first name is Michael he comes off as a sharp business man but, when it really comes down to it he knows nothing about real estate or business. If you come in contact with Mr. Payne or his company watch out, he will introduce you to people telling you that they are investors but, it's all lies. We invested the last of our money $75,000 into his and his companies real estate plan. After he got our money he stop answering our call. The last thing about Mr. Payne, do not introduce him to any of your friends or business partners he will try to get them to invest into his companies scam. Michael Payne is a Con-Man investor beware.
