Litton loan servicing is a corrupt as it gets. They never receipt payments when received and then they charge a late fee (I have expressed mailed several official check payments with a receipt and they have posted then up to 5 days later from when they signed for them with a late payement charge).in addition when I fell behind on my house payments they declined all payments I made and occasionally sent back the checks then they turned my mortgage over to foreclosure demanding the full amount and posted a Sheriff sale.
Whenever I would make additional payments in advance they just hold them in this corporate reserve and wouldn't apply them to anything. They force insurance charges to your account even though they are provided with proof of outside insurance coverage and then after a big battle they take up to three months to remove them from your account.
