Complaint / Review
Superior Asset Management - T-Mobile
Ripoff, credit, collections, collection agency

I just received an alarming mailing telling me I owe $116.70 to T-Mobile. Considering I am quite sure I do not owe any money to T-Mobile, I online searched this company and another complaint about them came up on usacomplaints.com. I'm concerned that this is a scam which is exactly what I said when I left them a message warning them I will be very interested in pursuing a lawsuit regarding their fraudulent mailings/solicitation for money. I'm sure they think that people will not want to bother with a collection agency, so they will just pay. The amount isn't so much that the average person would think much of it, but I'm a law student and I would KNOW if I owed someone over $100.

If anyone else has experienced this, please respond to this post. If there are enough of these going around, let's get a lawsuit together. This is very disturbing and I feel worried about my identity as well as my personal safety—this thing was delivered to my new apartment even though I haven't had time to use this address on anything that would allow some random creditor to be aware that I've even moved! Additionally, I would think that if I owed T-Mobile money from the cell phone account I had years ago, I would have received a few bills at my previous address. What should I do now???
