I contacted Anthony (no last name ever given) I was referred to him. His company advertises that they remove negative records from your credit report. The fees are $400 to have credit repaired in 30 days. On February 7, I mailed my 3 credit reports, a postal money order for $400, and the other information that he requested.
On Wednesday, March 15th I emailed Anthony to asked why is it that my credit is worst instead of better. His reply was that since I had two negative items added to my report that I would have to start the entire process over. Today March 17, I called him saying that I did not do anything to cause this, do you mean by starting the process over I will have to give you another $400. He got loud and rudely said "I don't know why you don't understand that when you get negative items added to your credit that stops the process, everyone else does, I have buddies that will bring me another $400 when they see that something negative has appeared on their credit". I said, "I can't afford to give you another $400 dollars, especially when you didn't deliver on the first $400". His response was "Do you expect me to work harder for you because you are broke, that's not my fault". I then asked, "why are you getting loud and rude when I am the one that got ripped off?" He said you should have known the process. I then ended the call.
