This Company promise you that you are going to make a lot of money, that you are going to be treated with respect, etc. From the first interview that I had with the owner who is a middle easter guy (muslin) he was really a mean person over the interview process, looking at you like you are inferior to him not even having an eye contact directly, telling you that you are a waist of his money if you don't produce in the first 2 weeks and that you will be fired. I did got hired but becuase the his manager really believe I was able to perform in their standars, on the first week of my training my manager quit becuase he was tired of how the owners treat him and everyone else, the team that the manager had it was put in diferent teams, but with a warning that they were going to get fired in 2 weeks if they don't perform, I was working with a total diferent manager tha the one who hired me, I was performing well but I could it see and feel I was treated diferent that everyone else, every single day I was reminded it that I was going to get fired if I didn't perform the high ridiculos goal they set for me, for 3 weeks that I was there, it was always the same story until I just didn't even care no more since I was repeatly reminded the owner want it to fired me, until he did it in the completion of my 3 weeks period, without saying the real reason why I was being fired when even the manager told me the day before that I was doing a good job, and then on the next day the owner send an e-mail to the manager telling him that he didn't want to see me there anymore, and they send me a letter after a week that I voluntarely rescinded my employment with them, I filed a complaint with unemployment agency, of course they never took my word, after all since he probably have expensive lawyers dealing with this type of abusive issues from him every single month. Akash Kappur Midle Easter Bowler, who is racing money to support Terrorism, having business in India and here, treating people as an inferior race to him, doesnt include the way he treats everybody that works for him in website to reclude people that all he wants is having them for few weeks to produce new clients and then keeping your commision to himself since you get fired you cannot claim it, I hope someone of his slaves will stands up against him and his abusiness and discrimination and finish his business forever in this country. This person should be investigated by the FBI or Homeland Security.
