I borrowed $200.00 with an agreement of payment.
They started deducting $60.00 from my account every 2 weeks for 5 months!!! That gives a total of $600.00, after so many times i tried to clear my account, i call them and ask them how much do i owe and how to pay the total. They never answer back any email and i could not call them because there is not phone numbers in their web site. So i decided to close my bank account, i was getting robbed with that many ach every 2 weeks!!!
2 months later they sent me to a collection agency call certified recovery systems, llp!
I sent them a letter stating that i need to know if they are legaly authorized to collect money in my state (ny), i canot throw my money just easy like that!
They say that i have attitud and if i dont pay in 24 hours they will send my file to credit bureau (and they did) up to them now i have to pay $400.00 and i still dont understand why if i already pay $600.00 for $200. Oo that i borrowed!
