Beth Springer is an x-manager at Ameriquest Mortgage. She has now gotten her own taste of medicine after she fired all the best employees in the office that were the top producers. She fired everyone she did not like personally or that she was jealous of. She fired all the employees that were consistant with their work and treated the customers the way they were suppose to be treated. She fired everyone that was there along time and kept just the new ones except for an exception of a male she had a crush on. She was then fired because she was caught sending Ameriquest business leads to her boyfriends mortgage company.
I am no longer at Ameriquest due to I am not crooked. I believe in doing things right. I did a great job there and made alot of money and considered myself a valuable employee. She knew nothing about being a manager just like Pete Miano who was the manager prior to her. He knows nothing about training employees or treating them right. He also can not stand women, unless they strip in front of them or something but if you were an honest woman forget it, because you may be smarter than him. Ameriquest Mortgage makes you work outrageos hours, they don't care where the loan comes from how you do it, who you screw over just as long as you close the loan and close it fast.
Beth Springer spent her day telling secrets to her employees about other employees like a little kid, Pete Miano spent his manager days picking his nose. Anyone who was a good manager, or employee got smart and either resigned before they got screwed over, or most were fired for no reason, nothing signed or anything, just kind of like, you were told Ameriquest is moving in one direction and you are going in another. That is how Beth Springer fired all her best employees, no good reason at all, she should have been honest and said, You are fired because I don't click with you!
Beware if you ever think Ameriquest Mortgage is a secure job especially if you have a family or bills to pay, they only use you and then get rid of you, it is a cycle that seems to have been going on for years, promote the dumb and crooked, get rid of the smart and honest.
