We have only been with this company for one year and knew something was wrong. Every time we made a payment the company said they did not receive it. So far we have made 24 payments and only needed to make 12. We get billed twice in one month and we really want to know where our money is going. We pay 516 a month and only 423 dollars is being accounted for. Nothing has went right for us since we got our loan. We will refinance in Auguast of this year. How do we get out of this and who do we need to talk to. I really would like a very good company and not one that will rip us off. Please help us.
