This so call company [homecoming financial] my nightmare is as follow, it started two years ago, trying to refiance to get away from these swindlers, liars, bullies, guess what they could find our title&deed to our house lost it, so they said, there for the refiiance was stop, this went on for over a year, haveing to get a lawyer to so call fight for us. So we would not lose are home, while homeecoming was looking for our title&deed, so that we could refiance;while this was going on homecoming would not acept our payment well ($28000) later it witch we had to pay aug of this year we still have not recieve or seen our title or deed, our lawyer says they have it where our copy!!!?? Our lawyer is done with them, doesnt want to help us, guess he want tons of money too. Who knows; by the way we still have our home, going to try to refiance october this year will see what happen when this is try again. AND BY THE WAY homecoming continue to take out taxes, and insurance: we always pay this ourself, sent them copy after copy but they continue to charge us every month for this homecomeing think they are above the law there screwing the wrong person im going to take homecoming down!!! We need to band together, dont ouit, im not going too. We can do this a class action suit, newspapar, media{TV} LET PUT HOMECOMINGS OUT OF BUSINESS. And when this happens, if they open another financial business in another name we will shut them down too: because that what company like that do, and seem to be getting away wiyh it LET PUT A END TO THIS!!!
