Today I received a new Truth in Lending Disclosure statement from Ameriquest as well as a new right to cancel. The letter basically said there was an error in my TILD at my closing. I have until Feb. 23rd to cancel my loan. I will be faxing my attorney this and meeting with him on Tuesday to see what my options are.
Anyone else get this in the mail?
