In February I called my bank's 800 number to find out what checks have been cleared and the automated message would say "check number, in the amount of $7.95 was paid on..." I noticed that for the last several months and assumed that my bank charged me for something.
In November of that charge appeared on my statement and I called the 800 number beside the charge. It was a number for Stonebridge life insurance which I had cancelled months before. They assured me that I would be reimbursed and last month's statement showed a deposit (that I did not make) of $3.20.
Well, I called the local chapter and they gave me the 800 number beside another withdrawal and it was a number for Questsaver. When I called the number, the message gave me another number to call that would cost over $4.00.
I am not sure how to go about this, but if there is a way to be reimbursed for all those months I would like to know
