I received a call and was willing to try the Distinct Advantage Card, they mentioned another service, a Gold Advantage service and the first time it was mentioned I said NO, I don't need that, things went on, I gave them my checking info knowing I'd be able to cancel and waited. I got the Distinct Advantage AND the Gold service... Which I didn't realize until they deducted $150 from my checking account, I called to complain and they had their recording from the end of the conversation when I just wanted to get the guy off the phone and he mentioned the Gold and there I was just ahuhing to everything he said so thats what they play and pity you if you want any of your money back, they've screwed you well.
It is easy to tell they are scamming when you call their number and the first option for both is to cancel your account and only after listening through 3 times does it tell you how to contact a real person, all they do is play the tape and pretty much go 'HA we got you'. I hope someone nails them with a major law suit.
