On July 26th Questsaver submitted to my Bank of America checking account a request to withdraw $8.95 to be deposited in their JPMorgan Chase Bank account. The electronic request was preauthorized by my son (who was 16yrs at the time) and has never been an authorized user of this account. I have contacted Bank of America and closed my account and opened a new one with a different account number. I have some serious issues with Bank of America taking money out of my account with out my authorization. Next I called QUESTSAVER informed them of the unauthorized withdrawl and they requested I fax them a letter with the membership number implying to me they would return my money to me. As of this date I have heard nothing. Yes I would like to join in a Class Action law suit against Questsaver.
