Checked my credit report and all of the sudden I had 8 months of charge off's from NCO. Called them to find out whats going on, the employee was very rude, and admitted to sending the bills to the wrong address. However maintained that it was my fault. Completely ruined my credit history, I paid the 100$ I "owed" and 3 months later my credit rating is still ruined. Why do these people have so much power?
