Valentine & Kebartas call me on January 25 informing me that I owe a phone bill for Cingualar wireless for $420.00 and that said would do a settlement of $337.00 of $168.50 for January and February $168.50. They also ask for my savings account number. This bill was about 1 year old and I didn't owe that much but I did send them a money gram for $168.50 on 1/26/06 because they told me they would garnishment on my check.
So I think they are trying to rip me off.
