Have requested information as to why I owe $97.11 to Valentine & Kebartas. Thay call 2-3 times daily and everytime I talk to a rep I ask for a bill by mail and nothing ever comes. If I owe this money fine I will pay it, but I need something in writing. They said they bought the debt from HSBC so I called them and they said all my debt with them was taken care of and that they have no idea who VKI even is. I have asked them to send me a bill and please stop calling, they said they would send me a bill and put my account on hold, it never happened. They are still calling and I have never seen a bill. This has been going on for over 4 weeks. If they would sent me some documentation as to why I owe this money I would take care of it ASAP.
